    Family Medicine Physician

    Location: Los Angeles, California

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Compensation: $140.00 – $145.00 per hour

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization serving underserved and uninsured patient populations in the greater Los Angeles area. This is a part-time outpatient opportunity for a provider who is passionate about delivering accessible, high-quality primary care in a collaborative community health setting.

    This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to improving healthcare access and outcomes.

    Position Highlights

    • Outpatient-only practice

    • Part-time Saturday schedule

    • Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month

    • No night call

    • No additional weekend call requirements

    • Patient volume of approximately 20–24 patients per day

    • Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting

    • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

    • Perform preventive care visits, follow-ups, and routine health maintenance

    • Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with clinical support staff and specialists as needed

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

    • Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive health, and disease management

    • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care

    Qualifications

    • M.D. or D.O. degree required

    • Completion of or current enrollment in a Family Medicine residency program required

    • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

    • Active California medical license or ability to obtain preferred

    • Community health or outpatient primary care experience preferred

    • Commitment to serving underserved patient populations strongly preferred
