Family Medicine Physician - Neighborhood Health Center
Location: Tanasbourne (Hillsboro), OR

Join Neighborhood Health Center (NHC) at our Tanasbourne Medical & Dental Clinic in Hillsboro, Oregon - a local nonprofit community health center where you get to practice meaningful, relationship-centered family medicine as part of an integrated care team. NHC provides primary care, onsite dental care, behavioral health, pharmacy support, and other services with a whole-person approach. We are looking for a Family Physician who is excited to care for a diverse patient population, build lasting relationships, and contribute to healthier communities.

·Competitive salary: Starting range of $231,671 to $299,810 annually, depending on experience (DOE).
·Time away: Providers receive 224 hours of PTO annually at 0-4 years of service, increasing with tenure, plus nine paid holidays and two wellness days each year.
·Healthcare and wellbeing: Medical, dental, and vision plan options; eligible HSA participants receive NHC contributions. NHC also offers up to $420 annually for eligible wellness expenses and six free EAP sessions each year.
·Retirement and protection: Three-part 401(k) program with employer match up to 2%, an immediately vested 3% Safe Harbor contribution, up to an additional 3% discretionary contribution, and employer-paid life, AD&D, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage.
·Professional development: $3,000 annual CME allowance, with additional support available for approved professional licensure and certifications.
·Student loan support: NHC providers qualify for the HRSA Student Loan Repayment Program.
·Additional benefits: Relocation reimbursment, tuition reimbursement, sabbatical leave after nine years of service, and potential bilingual/multilingual language differential pay.
·For a 1.0 FTE, a 40-hour workweek, would consist of 36 hours of clinical and 4 hours admin. Adjusted accordingly for less than 1.0 FTE options.
·Primarily on-site practice at NHC's Tanasbourne clinic in Hillsboro, with opportunities to support patients and teams at other NHC locations when coverage is needed.

·Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine with an emphasis on prevention, health promotion, and ongoing primary care.
·Care for a broad range of physical and mental health needs through assessment, treatment, medications, diagnostic testing, imaging, and specialty referrals.
·Have opportunities to perform minor procedures within your qualifications and scope of practice.
· Have opportunities to provide outpatient prenatal and postpartum care.
·Work alongside an integrated care team and share clinical expertise with support staff involved in patient care.
·Use Epic for documentation and continuity of care, oppurtunity to use Ai assisted tools to improve efficiency.
·Join daily team huddles and contribute to quality and process improvement work that strengthens the patient experience.
·MD or DO degree, or equivalent, from an accredited school of medicine.
·Completion of a Family Practice Residency; at least two years of related experience and/or training is preferred.
·Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license.
·Active DEA license and current BLS certification.
·Ability to complete documentation needed for Oregon credentialing.
·Experience providing care to diverse and underserved populations in a community health setting is preferred.
·Collaborative communication style and interest in sharing knowledge with the care team.
·Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
· Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide required employment eligibility documentation. NHC does not sponsor J-1 or other employment-based visas.
