Provide high-quality outpatient primary care with an emphasis on continuity and long-term patient relationships
Manage a broad scope of primary care including preventive care, chronic disease management, womens health, acute visits, and office-based procedures
Participate in inpatient rounding for established patients only, limited to one dedicated shift per week with manageable patient volumes
Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers and clinical support staff to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care
Utilize modern EMR systems with AI-supported documentation tools to reduce administrative workload and enhance clinical efficiency
Contribute to a collaborative, physician-led culture focused on quality, access, and patient experience
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (MD or DO)
Comfortable with a predominantly outpatient model with limited inpatient rounding responsibilities
Strong communication skills and a commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
Predominantly outpatient practice with limited inpatient rounding for established patients only
Inpatient responsibility limited to one dedicated rounding shift per week
Strong clinical and administrative support
