Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality outpatient primary care with an emphasis on continuity and long-term patient relationships

  • Manage a broad scope of primary care including preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, acute visits, and office-based procedures

  • Participate in inpatient rounding for established patients only, limited to one dedicated shift per week with manageable patient volumes

  • Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers and clinical support staff to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care

  • Utilize modern EMR systems with AI-supported documentation tools to reduce administrative workload and enhance clinical efficiency

  • Contribute to a collaborative, physician-led culture focused on quality, access, and patient experience

Requirements

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (MD or DO)

  • Comfortable with a predominantly outpatient model with limited inpatient rounding responsibilities

  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
