Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient primary care with an emphasis on continuity and long-term patient relationships.
- Manage a broad scope of primary care including preventive care, chronic disease management, women's health, acute visits, and office-based procedures.
- Depending on physician preference, participate in limited inpatient rounding for established patients only or practice exclusively in the outpatient setting.
- Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers and clinical support staff to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care.
- Utilize modern EMR systems with AI-supported documentation tools to reduce administrative workload and enhance clinical efficiency.
- Contribute to a collaborative, physician-led culture focused on quality, access, and patient experience.
Requirements- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (MD or DO)
- Comfortable with a predominantly outpatient model with limited inpatient rounding responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
