Position: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Outpatient Only

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient-only clinic in Lawton, OK.
This is a full-time, permanent position with no hospital call, offering a stable weekday schedule and a supportive environment that emphasizes preventive care, continuity, and long-term patient relationships.

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct preventive screenings, wellness exams, and health education sessions.
Develop and manage individualized care plans promoting patient wellness.
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and administrative staff for seamless care delivery.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
Participate in team-based care initiatives and quality improvement programs.
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.
Experience: Prior outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent clinical acumen, communication, and teamwork skills.
Base salary + wRVU production incentive
5 days’ CME + $3,000 CME allowance annually
