We are inviting a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our Plymouth teama physician-led group that prioritizes a culture of excellence and a lifestyle of inspiration. 
     
    Practice Highlights:
    • Optimal Balance: 1.0 FTE consists of 35 patient contact hours weekly (Full- and part-time options available).
    • The Team: Join an established team of 3 APPs with robust nursing and specialty support.
    • Practice Your Way: Outpatient-based Family Medicine with procedural opportunities if desired.
    • Advanced Tech: Integrated Epic EMR featuring DAX Copilot and Dragon dictation for streamlined charting.
    • Clinic Hours:
      • M: 7:30a-6:00p | T, Th, F: 7:00a-5:00p | W: 7:30a-4:00p
    • Smart Call: 1:9 rotation outside of normal hours; nurse triage screens all calls first.
