    At Froedtert ThedaCare, we know that building lasting patient relationships starts with a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our established Oshkosh clinica physician-led practice where you have the flexibility and resources to provide exceptional care. Join a collaborative group of 5 physicians and 4 APCs dedicated to excellence in the Oshkosh community.
     
    Practice Highlights:
    • The Team: Work alongside a collegial, established team with robust nursing and administrative support.
    • Practice Your Way: Outpatient-based with optional inpatient and procedural work to match your interests.
    • Balanced Workflow: 1.0 FTE includes 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly.
    • Efficiency Tools: Integrated Epic EMR featuring DAX Copilot and Dragon dictation.
    • Clinic Hours: M-Th 7:00a-6:00p, F 7:00a-5:00p.
    • Smart Call: 4-5 weekends per year; nurse triage screened.
