Position Highlights:
- Practice Structure: Choose between managing an independent patient panel or working in a collaborative co-panel model alongside an Advanced Practice Clinician.
- FTE Flexibility: Full-time opportunities available to fit your professional goals ranging from 0.75 to 1.0 FTE.
- Administrative Support: Dedicated weekly admin time (4 hours at 1.0 FTE) to ensure a sustainable pace.
- Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside an established team of 9 physicians, and 8 APCs with full nursing and administrative support.
- Advanced Innovation: Utilize system-wide Epic EMR with integrated DAX Copilot and Dragon tools.
- The Call: Equitable rotation (6-7 weeks per year outside of normal business hours covering nights, weekends, and holidays) with nurse triage screening to protect your time.
