    Froedtert ThedaCare is looking for a dedicated BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our newly opened medical center in Oshkosh (January 2026).     Position Highlights:
    • Fresh Opportunity: Join an established team of 2 physicians and 1 APC in a brand-new, supportive environment.
    • Operational Excellence: Strong organizational infrastructure designed to give you the tools and staff you need to succeed.
    • Administrative Focus: We protect your time with 4 hours of weekly dedicated administrative time (at 1.0 FTE).
    • Smart Call System: Rotation is once per week and 3-4 weekends per year; all calls are pre-screened by ThedaCare on Call nurse triage.
