Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity in Northwest Ohio for a physician interested in an established practice with a four day workweek.

Opportunity highlights

• Full time employed outpatient Family Medicine role
• Monday through Thursday schedule
• Established and busy practice on a hospital campus
• Existing patient population with room to accept new patients
• Full spectrum care from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Minor office procedures included
• Gradual ramp up with longer templates for new physicians
• Optional hospitalist shifts available for additional variety and income

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary of $253,000
• Additional incentive income available
• Sign on bonus up to $100,000
• Student loan assistance available
• Relocation assistance available

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Ohio license or ability to obtain
• New graduates may be considered
• No visa candidates at this time
