We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Mishawaka, Indiana who wants a mission-driven outpatient role with leadership opportunities, structured workflows, and long-term stability.

You’ll step into a full-time outpatient position focused on proactive primary care, chronic disease management, preventative services, and whole-person care. You’ll practice within an established team-based model with integrated behavioral health and nutrition support.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $220,000+ depending on experience
