Family Medicine Physician

We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Michigan City, Indiana who wants a mission-driven outpatient role with leadership opportunities, structured workflows, and long-term stability.
You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on proactive primary care, chronic disease management, preventive services, and whole-person care. You’ll work alongside an established multidisciplinary team with integrated behavioral health and nutrition services, allowing you to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
You’ll practice in Michigan City, Indiana, a vibrant Lake Michigan community offering beautiful beaches, outdoor recreation, a revitalized downtown, and convenient access to both Chicago and South Bend.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $220,000+ based on experience
