We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants a predictable weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on providing compassionate primary care to patients of all ages. You’ll work alongside a strong support team in a mission-driven, nonprofit environment that allows you to focus on quality patient care.

You’ll practice in Live Oak, Florida, with access to rivers, natural springs, outdoor recreation, and the relaxed lifestyle of North Florida.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $215,000–$250,000
• Performance incentives up to $52,000 annually
