We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants competitive compensation, excellent work-life balance, and a manageable patient load while making a meaningful difference in a community-focused healthcare setting.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics. You’ll enjoy clinical autonomy while working alongside a supportive team of RNs, MAs, and APRNs in an environment that prioritizes quality care, preventive medicine, and meaningful patient relationships.

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 36 patient-facing hours and 4 dedicated administrative hours weekly
• Manageable patient volume of approximately 10–18 patients per day

What makes you a great fit
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics
• You hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• You have completed an accredited residency program
• You hold an active North Carolina medical license or are eligible to obtain one
• You are eligible for DEA registration
• You’re comfortable providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• You enjoy diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
• You value preventive medicine, patient-centered care, and meaningful patient relationships
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $195,000–$220,000 annually
