Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $220,000 plus, based on experience
• Health insurance with 80 percent employer coverage
• Dental and vision insurance approximately $5.38 per month employee cost
• 403(b) retirement plan with 5 percent employer match
• Paid time off: 20 days plus 8 paid holidays
• CME: 5 days plus $1,500 annual allowance
