• Provide comprehensive primary care for adults and children.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Coordinate preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Complete accurate EMR documentation.
• Perform patient follow-up and care coordination.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• MD or DO.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• North Carolina Medical License or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Eligible for board certification within 24 months of residency completion.
• Clean malpractice history and NPDB record.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Position One – Gatesville, NC

Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Administrative Time: 2 Hours
Total Paid Hours: 25 per week
Average Patient Volume: 25 patients per day
Compensation: $3,250 per week

Position Two – Elizabeth City, NC

Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Administrative Time: 2 Hours
Total Paid Hours: 22 per week
Average Patient Volume: 19 patients per shift
Compensation: $2,750 per week (approximately $125/hour)
