Licenses: Active MI License (or eligibility to apply)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Other Qualifications:
- Must be local (preferred)
- NPDB self-query required at presentation

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and pediatric patients.
Perform routine physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
Coordinate care with specialists and support staff.
Participate in after-hours call rotation as scheduled.
