    Position Summary

    The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, with an emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and whole-person health. The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician who values collaborative care, excellent communication, and a patient-first approach.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages.
    • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and common medical concerns.
    • Perform routine physical examinations, health screenings, and preventive care.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients and their families.
    • Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, and other common conditions.
    • Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
    • Provide counseling on preventive health, nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness.
    • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
    • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records.
    • Participate in quality-improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical practices.
    • Foster a welcoming, respectful, and culturally responsive patient experience.

    Qualifications

    • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
    • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
    • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
    • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Colorado.
    • Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
    • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
    • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
