Family Medicine Physician Assistant – Primary Care

Praxis Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in La Grande, Oregon. Our La Grande clinic has built a culture centered on respect, collaboration, and taking care of one another. You'll practice alongside two physicians and three experienced Advanced Practice Providers, with an integrated LCSW and two Community Health Workers who help support the mental health and broader needs of our patients. Our providers are collegial, approachable, and genuinely excited to mentor an early-career PA.
