A well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking an Assistant Medical Director Family Medicine to join its growing team in Santa Fe, New Mexico, located approximately 60 miles (about a 1-hour drive) from Albuquerque.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $285,000
Up to 15% annual performance bonus
$3,000 quarterly leadership stipend for each Pharmacist and Physician Assistant supervised
5 weeks (200 hours) PTO
$3,000 CME allowance plus 5 CME days
Additional $1,000 for licensure and professional memberships

Position created due to continued organizational growth
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care, supervising a team of 4 Physicians, 7 Nurse Practitioners, and 2 Physician Assistants, supporting clinical operations, coordinating provider schedules, monitoring productivity, and collaborating with leadership on workflow improvements and practice growth. Shared call schedule averages 14 times per month, with nurse triage handling first-call responsibilities.
