Seeking a Family Medicine (No OB) Physician to join a multi-specialty group in northern Indiana.

Outpatient practice Monday through Friday.

Practice has 7 Family Medicine physician and 3 Nurse practitioners

Office Call Rotation: Minimal call by phone
