Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – South Bay Area, Los Angeles County
A well-established, 200-provider multi-specialty medical group is seeking full-time Primary Care physicians for multiple outpatient locations in Agoura Hills, West Hills, Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach, and Torrance.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient only – no inpatient responsibilities
- Monday to Friday (8–5) or 4-day workweek option
- Optional full-spectrum Family Medicine including women’s health (no OB)
- Light call schedule (1:10) shared among providers
- Work with a tight-knit, collaborative team of 11 healthcare professionals
- PSLF-qualified employer (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base compensation: $300,000–$350,000
- Additional incentives for productivity, quality, call coverage, and extra shifts
