Opportunity Overview

Parker County Hospital District - Campbell Clinic, a Medicare-certified rural health clinic, is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team. This outpatient-only position offers the opportunity to provide compassionate care to a growing patient base in a collaborative environment.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard clinic hours

• Patient Volume: Approximately 15-18 patients per day

• Team Composition: One Family Practitioner and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

• Affiliation: Collaborative relationship with Southwest Medical Associates, enhancing access to a broader network of specialists and resources

• EMR System: Standard clinic EMR in use

• Requirements: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine; ACLS and PALS certification required

• Opening: full-time, part-time, or per diem position

• Reason for Opening: To manage patient overflow due to increasing demand

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary (wRVU or production-based model negotiable)

• Sign-on bonus, relocation support, CME stipend, and license/DEA reimbursement may be available (details to be confirmed)
