Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated care
- Educate patients on preventive health and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of practice
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible Washington medical license
- Commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care
