Family Medicine Opportunity at Sugar Land Hospital

XO Wellness is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a growing, physician-led outpatient practice in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking for a flexible schedule, no call responsibilities, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

XO Wellness was founded by Dr. Reginald Nguyen, a Baylor College of Medicine graduate, and has been serving the community since August 2019.

Opportunity Highlights

• 100% outpatient Family Medicine
• No call and no inpatient responsibilities
• Monday-Friday, approximately 38 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Manageable patient volume of approximately 100-120 patients per week
• Epic EMR
• Established support team of 4, including 2 cross-trained Medical Assistants
• Single clinic location
• Optional office-based procedures, including knee and shoulder steroid injections
• Womens health exams are not required
• Spanish or Vietnamese language skills are a plus, but not required
• Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates

Recruitment Incentives
