If you are an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) who thrives on autonomy and LOVES the energy of a clinic launch, this one is for you! We are officially launching a gorgeous, primary care facility and were looking for a dynamic APP to hit the ground running.

• Join an excellent Ascension team dedicated to resolving local access needs and delivering high-quality community medicine.
• Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM).

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or
  job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• One or more of the following:
  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Credential(s):

• BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.

What additional preferences you'll need

Minimum of 2-3 years of family med and/or walk-in style clinic Nurse Practitioner experience is required.
