Position Overview: The Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an integral member of the Vanguard Medical Group care team, providing comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This role includes preventive care, assessment and diagnosis, management of acute and chronic conditions, prescribing and managing treatment, and patient and family education. The Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the clinical team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care that supports Vanguard Medical Group’s commitment to improving the health of the communities we serve.

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated annual compensation for this position ranges from $115,000-$140,000, depending on the role and experience level. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and other company-sponsored benefits.
