    Hawai'i Pacific Health is seeking a dedicated University of Hawai'i (UH) Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty Physician to join our growing team on the island of Kaua'i . This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while helping shape the next generation of family medicine physicians through teaching, mentorship, and clinical supervision.

    What You'll Do:

    • Supervise, teach, and mentor Family Medicine residents in ambulatory and inpatient clinical settings.
    • Participate in curriculum development, resident evaluation, and educational activities.
    • Deliver evidence-based care focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.
    • Collaborate with residency leadership to support program development, accreditation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
    • Participate in interdisciplinary team-based care and promote a culture of learning and clinical excellence.
    • Serve as a role model for professionalism, patient-centered care, and lifelong learning.

    Qualifications:

    • MD or DO degree

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible

    • Demonstrated interest in medical education, resident teaching, and mentorship.

    • Previous residency faculty or teaching experience preferred.
