FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

Greater Seattle Area

Position Highlights:

• Enjoy a four-day workweek, outpatient only
• This is a growth-driven opportunity with no inpatient rounding or obstetrics responsibilities.
• Exceptionally light, telephone-only call shared across the larger primary care group. Calls are first screened through a nurse-triage line, with no traditional hospital call or inpatient responsibilities.
• Receive a dedicated medical assistant, float MA coverage in most clinics, and additional APP support for same-day visits, urgent needs, schedule overflow, and inbox management.
• EMR used in clinic is Epic.
• Join an established primary care network of approximately 85 physicians and advanced practice providers with opportunities for clinical growth, productivity, and future leadership within an expanding health system.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Verified $600,000 earning potential
• Guaranteed base salary plus RVU and Quality Bonus. The guaranteed base remains in place as productivity income is earned.

• One week of CME with an annual CME stipend, coverage of Washington medical licensure and DEA expenses, and support for two professional memberships, dues, and approved educational travel.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine. Outpatient-focused Internal Medicine physicians may also be considered.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an unrestricted Washington medical license and DEA registration.
• Committed to comprehensive outpatient primary care, patient access, continuity of care, accurate documentation, quality performance, and collaborative team-based practice.
• Open to both graduating residents and experienced physicians. Experienced candidates should demonstrate a consistent commitment to outpatient primary care and long-term practice stability.
