I'm working with a well-regarded California family law firm that has spent years building itself around senior family law talent. This is not a side practice bolted onto a general firm. Family law is the whole business, and they want a senior attorney who's ready to own matters, mentor a strong junior team, and step toward partnership in the near term.

- Certified Family Law Specialist is ideal but not essential
- Base of $190,000 to $230,000,
