We handle divorce, custody, parent-time, support, adoption, and protective order cases with professionalism, integrity, and compassion. We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team and take ownership of a meaningful caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all aspects of family law litigation, including divorce, custody, support, and protective orders.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, stipulations, and settlement agreements.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials throughout Utah state courts.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients while providing practical legal guidance.
- Supervise assigned paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely case management.
- Develop case strategies and manage deadlines from intake through resolution.
Qualifications:
- Active Utah Bar license in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of Utah family law experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Utah Code Title 30, Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, and local court practices.
- Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently.
