A highly regarded domestic relations practice in Tulsa is seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join its team. This role focuses on compassionate, strategic client representation across a broad spectrum of family law matters, offering strong mentorship and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and property division cases.

• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery requests.

• Conduct hearings, mediations, trials, and temporary order proceedings.

• Counsel clients through sensitive legal processes with clarity, empathy, and professional judgment.

• Maintain active communication with opposing counsel, court staff, and expert witnesses.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Oklahoma.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience handling family law and domestic relations matters.

• Strong courtroom presence, litigation skills, and confidence in oral advocacy.

• Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills.

Compensation & Work Environment

• Total Compensation of $80,000-$130,000 (Based on experience) 

• On-site - Tulsa, OK.
