Family Law Attorney (Remote – Near Seattle, WA)
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a growing legal team serving clients throughout the Seattle area. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be located near Seattle, Washington for court appearances, client meetings, and local proceedings as needed.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values client advocacy, and has strong litigation and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings
- Handle matters involving divorce, custody, parenting plans, child support, and related family law issues
- Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence
- Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal guidance
- Collaborate with legal staff and leadership to ensure high-quality client service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of family law experience
- Active membership in the Washington State Bar
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote setting
