A reputable and well-established New Rochelle, NY law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join their growing general practice!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of Family law experience & litigation experience is a must. Personal injury, Real estate & Elder law are a plus.
- Case load will be 80% Family Law; 20% other.
- Licensed NY Attorney in good standing with NY Bar. Dual CT license is a plus.
- Experience drafting pleadings and motions/oppositions.
- Litigation experience a plus.
- Must be teachable.
- Experience negotiating and settling.
- Conduct depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations for personal injury actions, family law and general litigation matters.
- Must have excellent writing, communication and computer skills.
- Able to handle an case load.
