Family Law Attorney

We are a small boutique family law firm seeking a motivated Family Law Attorney with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to build a meaningful legal career in family law while working alongside experienced attorneys in an environment that values excellence, integrity, and client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to provide legal counsel, guidance, and representation in family law matters
• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, document production, and depositions
• Prepare, draft, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and mediations
• Manage cases efficiently while maintaining strong client communication and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission (or pending admission) to the state bar
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Desire to practice family law and develop courtroom experience
