Family Law Attorney: Rewarding Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in Pembroke Pines

Our client, a respected Broward County family law firm, is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its Pembroke Pines office. The firm handles divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, timesharing, relocation, and modification matters for individuals and families.

This is a hybrid position. You will split your week between the Pembroke Pines office and home.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, financial affidavits, and marital settlement agreements
• Conduct discovery and prepare clients for depositions and hearings
• Attend mediations, hearings, and trials
• Counsel clients with empathy and sound judgment

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
