Family Law Attorney: Rewarding Family Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in King of Prussia

Our client, an established Montgomery County family law practice, is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience for its King of Prussia office. The firm represents individuals in divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and protection-from-abuse matters throughout the Philadelphia suburbs.

This is a hybrid role. You will split your week between the King of Prussia office and home, with mentorship from experienced family law practitioners.

What You'll Do

• Handle divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution matters
• Draft complaints, petitions, property settlement agreements, and custody agreements
• Represent clients at conferences, hearings, and mediations
• Guide clients through sensitive matters with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with partners on strategy and case management

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client-counseling skills
• Compassion and professionalism with clients facing difficult transitions
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
