Family Law Attorney: Client-Focused Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in Irvine

Our client, a respected Orange County family law firm, is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its Irvine office. The firm handles divorce, property division, spousal and child support, custody, and premarital agreements for individuals and families, including high-net-worth clients.

This is a hybrid position. You will split your week between the Irvine office and home.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through resolution
• Draft pleadings, requests for orders, declarations, and settlement agreements
• Conduct discovery and prepare clients for depositions and hearings
• Attend mediations, hearings, and trials
• Counsel clients with empathy and sound judgment

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 2+ years of California family law experience
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
