Family Law Attorney, Colorado

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Family Law Attorney for a full-time direct hire position. This role includes taking full ownership of cases, leading the team, and driving positive outcomes. The attorney will operate within a bilingual environment that values compassionate legal support and community engagement. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about family law and committed to delivering exceptional client service while making a positive community impact.

• Manage cases from intake through Permanent Orders and post-decree.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediation, depositions, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and trial materials.
• Lead case strategy and ensure consistent case progression.
• Conduct consultations and maintain strong client communication.
• Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys to lead weekly case reviews.
• Actively participate in at least five community events per year and attend signature firm events.

• 4+ years of family law experience.
• Licensed in Colorado.
• Strong litigation and trial skills.
• Experience handling cases start to finish.
• Knowledge of discovery and rules of evidence.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Organized and able to manage a full caseload.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and client-centered legal services.
• Experience or interest in working with communities from diverse backgrounds.
• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset that thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently.
