As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice on family law matters.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, child custody, and adoption
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
Conduct legal research on family law issues
Provide expert legal advice to clients
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Appear in court and argue cases effectively
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law
2 years of experience practicing family law
Excellent knowledge of family law statutes and regulations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
