Family Law Attorney: Client-Centered Practice in Boynton Beach

Our client, a well-regarded Palm Beach County family law firm, is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience for its Boynton Beach office. The firm guides clients through divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, timesharing, and post-judgment modifications.

This is an in-office role in Boynton Beach, where you will benefit from daily collaboration with experienced family law attorneys and a dedicated support staff.

What You'll Do

• Manage a family law caseload from initial consultation through final judgment
• Prepare petitions, financial affidavits, motions, and marital settlement agreements
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Counsel clients with compassion and clear communication
• Partner with senior attorneys on complex asset and custody matters

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills
• Empathy and composure when working with clients in difficult circumstances
• Commitment to working in office in Boynton Beach
