Family Law Attorney (Boise, ID)

Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Location: Boise, Idaho

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 / year (DOE) + Benefits

A well-established legal practice in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their collaborative team. This role is ideal for a skilled litigator who thrives on advocate-level client care and wants to focus on practicing law without the burden of business development.

You will manage a dedicated caseload of family law matters—including divorce, child custody, and support cases—handling every stage from initial strategy and negotiation through trial.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of dedicated family law practice in Idaho.

  • Active license to practice law in Idaho, in good standing with the Idaho State Bar.

  • Exceptional courtroom advocacy, strong negotiation abilities, and strategic case management.

  • A compassionate, client-centered mindset with a commitment to guiding individuals through sensitive legal matters.
