Family Law Attorney (3+ Years Preferred) – Hybrid, Westwood / Los Angeles, CA

A highly regarded boutique law firm in Westwood that practices only family law is adding an attorney to its team. The firm handles complex financial and custody matters for high net worth clients with diligence, discretion, and sensitivity. Its partners are Certified Family Law Specialists with decades of trial, negotiation, and settlement experience. It's a smaller, supportive firm that's known for being good to its people.

What you'll do

• Handle family law matters from start to finish, including property division, spousal support, custody, and paternity.
• Work on premarital and postmarital agreements and the tax issues that come up in divorce.
• Negotiate resolutions firmly and thoughtfully, and litigate when needed.
• Work closely with the partners and a small, experienced support team.

What we're looking for

• At least three years of family law experience is preferred.
• Civil litigators who are interested in moving into family law are encouraged to apply.
• An active California Bar license in good standing.
• Sound knowledge of California family law.
• An assertive but measured approach to negotiation.
• A team player who works hard and is responsible.
