JOB TITLE:FAMILY LAW ASSOCIATE
LOCATION:BAYONNE, NJ (hybrid)
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Family Law Associate for our client’s Bayonne, NJ office. We seek an enthusiastic, motivated family law attorney to join our growing team of practitioners. Partners and small groups will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, interrogatories, case information statements, settlement agreements and final judgments.
- The candidate will regularly attend consults, court appearances, depositions and argue motions.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- New Jersey State Bar Admissions
- Solid Divorce Experience required
- Prior Law Clerk experience is a plus
