Our founding partner has practiced in California for 50 years, has been a Certified Family Law Specialist for decades, and has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 2005, with an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. The firm has been part of the Glendale legal community since 1986 and is built around a close team of five attorneys and three paralegals, with more than 130 years of combined experience. We handle divorce, custody and visitation, child and spousal support, property division, paternity, domestic violence restraining orders, premarital agreements, mediation, and post judgment modifications, and we serve clients in English, Spanish, and Armenian.

Job Details

• Active California bar license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of family law experience, ideally in Los Angeles Superior Court
• Working knowledge of California community property, guideline support (DissoMaster), custody and visitation, and DVROs
• Comfortable drafting pleadings, RFOs, declarations, discovery, and disclosures, and handling hearings independently
• Trial or evidentiary hearing experience is a strong plus
• Spanish or Armenian fluency is a plus
• Clear, steady client communication and sound judgment under pressure
• Thrives in a small, close knit team where you own your files and contribute directly
