    Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year

    Location

    Hybrid role based in Irvine, California, with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility

    This role requires active California Bar admission and at least 1 year of post-JD legal experience

    About Our Client

    Job Description

    • Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
    • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, judgments, and trial briefs
    • Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations
    • Conduct legal research and stay current on family law developments
    • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
    • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality work product
    • Travel to courts and offices throughout Southern California as needed
    • Maintain approximately 140 billable hours per month

    Qualifications

    • J.D. from an accredited law school
    • Active California State Bar license in good standing
    • 1+ years of legal experience
    • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
    • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
