Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Manageable Caseload: Maintain full accountability for ~30 active family law cases from intake through mediation and trial.
Billable Goal: Comfortably meet a 1,600 annual billable hour requirement through real-time time entry and structured day-to-day workflow.
Client Advocacy & Communication: Provide exceptional service through systematic, empathetic communication and outstanding in-court advocacy.
Court Appearances: Handle regular in-person court appearances and trials in Boise and surrounding county courts.
Strategic Execution: Develop clear case plans, lead high-stakes mediations, and execute effective negotiation strategies.
Team Synergy: Collaborate daily with dedicated paralegals and legal staff to streamline case management and legal workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
Licensure: Active Idaho Bar License in good standing (with no disciplinary actions).
Experience: 3+ years of dedicated experience in: Family Law, Litigation, Mediation, & High stakes negotiations.
Core Competencies
Strong emotional intelligence and empathetic client communication skills.
Ability to maintain objective legal analysis and professional boundaries under pressure.
Dynamic courtroom presence and a passion for litigation.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in modern practice tools (Clio, Slack, Google Suite, MS Office, Zoom).

Location: Based full-time in our Boise, ID office with local court appearances.
