    Work collaboratively with the Family Services Coordinator and other Head Start coordinators to promote Family Engagement in all aspects of the program Work collaboratively with Head Start administration and center coordinators to promote, plan, and support all center/program activities Work cooperatively with program staff to coordinate and attend Parent Cafes Prepare all parent sign-in sheets for all events. Complete the activity descriptions and collaborate with the Pedagogista to explain how each activity or event supports school readiness for children and their families Attend bi-monthly center attendance meetings and share the documents with the Family Services Coordinator Enter family attendance for family engagement activities into the ChildPlus, and send copies of the sign-in sheets to the Family Services Coordinator Check in with center staff daily regarding unexpected absences and collaborate with the Family Services Specialist to follow up with families Collaborate with the Family Services Specialist to support families of children with chronic absenteeism Encourage parents and families to participate in the Family Interest Survey to provide feedback and ideas for school- and family-engagement events. Collaborate with the Family Engagement Committee to incorporate parent and family feedback into the planning and implementation of school and family engagement events. Collaborate with the Education Manager to support recruiting families for the Education Advisory Meetings Foster strong home-school partnerships by supporting families with CKLA homework and other at-home learning activities Work collaboratively with center staff to ensure workshops/events are well organized and materials/supplies are available Collaborate with Head Start administration on the development and function of the Program Advisory and Program Advisory sub-committees, in accordance with current Head Start Performance Standards Work cooperatively with Head Start administration and Policy Council/Board members to prepare agendas and to facilitate meetings according to Robert''s Rules of Parliamentary Procedures Collaborate with Head Start administration for food ordering, meeting set up, childcare, and bus transportation scheduling, and maintain and disseminate accurate documentation to all participants at meetings/events Responsible for the development and planning of parent center committees, in collaboration with center coordinators Attend parent leadership conferences, meetings, and Massachusetts Head Start Association meetings with elected parents Work cooperatively with Head Start administration and management to establish and maintain meaningful community partnerships that will support quality services for children and families Work collaboratively with Family Services Specialists to support families in achieving their goals and document family progress Attend community and classroom field trips as needed Provide ongoing support in daily center operations as needed Collaborate with the Office Administrator in ordering family engagement supplies/materials Assist with recruitment and enrollment efforts as requested by the Family Services Coordinator Attend all component and center meetings Create, disseminate, and post flyers for family events Maintain a current, engaging Family Information Board that includes updates, resources, and documentation from family engagement events.
