    As the first friendly face families see, you'll play a vital role in admissions, school events, office administration, and community outreach while helping create a warm, welcoming environment.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Greet families, students, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
    • Answer calls, emails, and parent questions
    • Schedule and conduct admissions tours
    • Assist families through the enrollment process
    • Coordinate Open Houses, family events, and marketing campaigns
    • Organize enrichment classes and school activities
    • Maintain student files and office records
    • Prepare correspondence, reports, and school communications
    • Support daily administrative operations
    • Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming school environment
    • Follow school, county, and state regulations
    • Participate in staff meetings and professional development

    We're Looking For Someone Who

    • Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Loves working with families and children
    • Is outgoing, professional, and dependable
    • Can balance multiple priorities with ease
    • Has experience in customer service, education, hospitality, or office administration
    • Previous school or childcare experience is a plus
    • Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
