Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch and weekly training, coaching, Partner Calls, script practice, and team activities.
• Execute PLACE lead-generation systems and convert prospects into appointments.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties.
• Advise sellers on pricing, staging, and listing services; secure and market listings.
• Negotiate offers and represent buyers and sellers throughout transactions.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Host open houses weekly.

• Holds an active Michigan real estate license.
• Is committed to building a full-time real estate business.
• Is self-motivated, confident, professional, and goal-oriented.
• Understands how to prioritize, plan, and manage time effectively.
• Is willing to prospect, follow up, serve clients, and consistently work toward production goals.
