At Brightside Academy, we believe every child
deserves access to quality early childhood education. We're looking for an
enthusiastic, compassionate, and results-driven Family Advocate to help
families navigate the enrollment process and connect their children with the
care and education they deserve.
This is more than an enrollment position. It's an
opportunity to build relationships, strengthen communities, and make a real
difference in the lives of children and families.
What You'll Do
Connect with Families: Guide prospective families through the enrollment process, from their initial inquiry to their child's first day.
Make Enrollment Easier: Assist with applications, childcare subsidies, funding requirements, and necessary paperwork.
Build Community Relationships: Partner with local organizations, case managers, and community agencies to help families access childcare services.
Promote Brightside Academy: Participate in community events, family resource fairs, open houses, and grassroots marketing initiatives to attract new families.
Drive Enrollment Growth: Follow up with prospective families, generate new leads, and help turn inquiries into successful enrollments.
Collaborate with Academy Leaders: Work closely with Academy Directors and Intake Coordinators to create a smooth and welcoming enrollment experience.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in family services, community outreach, enrollment, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping families.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel within assigned Philadelphia communities.
Familiarity with childcare subsidies, Child Care Works, or community resources is a plus!
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are an advantage.
